Jacques Perron

Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Perron joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer and Director in October 2013. He has worked in the mining industry for almost 30 years and has extensive technical and operations experience. Prior to joining Thompson Creek, Mr. Perron was President and Chief Executive Officer of St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. since 2007. Previous senior management positions include Senior Vice President of Iamgold Corporation from 2006 to 2007 and Vice President, Canada of Cambior Inc. from 2004 to 2006. From 1984 -- 2004, Mr. Perron held a variety of increasingly senior management positions with Cameco, Inc., Placer Dome Canada Limited, Breakwater Resources Ltd., Cambior Inc., JS Redpath Ltd. and Noranda Inc. Mr. Perron has also been a director of the Canadian Mineral Industry Education Foundation since 2007. Mr. Perron has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from l'École Polytechnique de Montréal.

S. Scott Shellhaas

President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Shellhaas joined the Company in 2009 as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and was appointed President of the Corporation on May 23, 2011. He has over 30 years of international executive management and operating experience within the mining industry. Mr. Shellhaas' mining career started with Cyprus Amax Minerals Company where he was a managing attorney from 1982 to 1989. He subsequently served in operating positions, including: President of Cyprus Australia Gold Company (1989-1991), a gold and copper producer in Australia; President of Cyprus Northshore Mining Company (1991-1994), an iron ore producer in Minnesota; President of Cyprus Foote Mineral Company (1993-1996), an international lithium producer operating in Chile and the United States; and President and Chief Operating Officer of Amax Gold Inc. (1996-1998), a publicly traded global gold producer. From 1998 to 2000, he was President of Cyprus Australia Coal Company, a coal producer in Australia, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oakbridge Proprietary Ltd., an associated coal producing and marketing joint venture and consortium. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Shellhaas was the CEO designate for venture capital development projects involving coal, iron and steel producers within the United States. He then was Vice President of Richmond, Virginia-based Imagin Natural Resources, a start-up natural resource company focusing on the acquisition and operation of coal assets. After leaving Imagin in 2008, he provided executive management consulting services to natural resource and energy companies. Mr. Shellhaas has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Wyoming School of Law.

Pamela L. Saxton

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Saxton joined the Company in 2008 and became Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance on October 16, 2008. Ms. Saxton was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on August 5, 2011. Ms. Saxton has over 30 years of domestic and international finance and accounting experience within and outside the mining industry. She was previously Vice President, Finance - U.S. Operations for Franco-Nevada U.S. Corporation, located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Prior to joining Franco-Nevada in 2007, Ms. Saxton was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Colorado-based NewWest Gold Corporation. From 2004 to 2006, she was with First Data Corporation as Vice President and Controller - Payments Division in Englewood, Colorado. Ms. Saxton also served as Vice President Finance, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of J.D. Edwards & Company in Denver from 1994 to 2003. Prior to that, she was Vice President and Controller of Amax Gold, Inc. and Assistant Controller of Cyprus Amax Minerals Company from 1987 to 1994. Ms. Saxton holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She is a member and past Chair of the Board for the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry.

Mark Wilson

Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Wilson joined the Company in 2005 and became Vice President, Sales and Marketing in 2006. Mr. Wilson was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer on August 5, 2011. Having worked for more than 25 years in the mining industry, Mr. Wilson has extensive experience in marketing, business development and finance. Prior to joining Thompson Creek, he consulted for Climax Molybdenum Company on new product development (2001-2002) and served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Goldbelt Resources Ltd., a Canadian public company focused on mineral exploration in Kazakhstan (1996-1999). From 1981 to 1996, he was employed by Cyprus Amax Minerals Company in increasingly responsible roles including Vice President of Business Development and Manager of Molybdenum Marketing. Mr. Wilson holds a B.S. in Geology and Geophysics from Yale University and a M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

Wendy Cassity

Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Ms. Cassity joined the Company in 2010 as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. She has 10 years of outside counsel experience representing public and private clients both domestic and international. Prior to joining Thompson Creek, she served as a consultant in private practice in 2010, as a Partner and Corporate Associate at McDermott, Will & Emery LLP from 2004 to 2009 and as a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 2000 to 2004. At McDermott, Ms. Cassity represented Thompson Creek in connection with the Thompson Creek Acquisition and the listing of the Corporation on the New York Stock Exchange. Her areas of expertise include contract structuring and negotiation, securities law, finance and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Cassity earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and her law degree from the Columbia University School of Law.

Ian Berzins

Vice President and General Manager, Mt. Milligan Mine

Mr. Berzins joined the Company in June 2014 as the Assistant General Manager of the Mt. Milligan Mine, and in August 2014, Mr. Berzins was appointed Vice President and General Manager of the Mt. Milligan Mine. He has over 35 years of progressive experience in open pit and underground gold, copper, oil sands, and coal mining, with responsibilities in mine design, mine supervision, mine maintenance, human resources, environmental compliance, and management. Prior to joining Thompson Creek, Mr. Berzins served as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and a director of San Gold Corporation, a gold mining company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Mr. Berzins served as the Chief Operating Officer of San Gold since May 2008. Previously, he held senior management positions with Sherwood Copper, Albian Sands Energy Inc., and Suncor Energy Inc. and served as General Manager of several gold mines, including Harmony Gold (Canada) Inc., Echo Bay Mining (Lupin Operations), and Miramar Mining Corp. (Con Mine). Mr. Berzins is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He received a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario.

Chris Gibbs

Vice President and General Manager, Endako Mine

Mr. Gibbs joined the Company in 2012 as Vice President, Human Resources and Administration. Since December 2013, Mr. Gibbs has been Acting Vice President and General Manager of the Endako Mine, and effective May 26, 2014, Mr. Gibbs assumed the role of Vice President and General Manager of Endako Mine. He has 28 years of human resources and operations management experience within the resource sector in Australia, Canada, USA, Africa and Europe. Prior to joining Thompson Creek, Mr. Gibbs held various human resource positions at Barrick Gold Corporation from 2005 through June 2012. Prior to joining Barrick, Mr. Gibbs held leadership roles in operational improvement and project management at Placer Dome, Millennium Chemicals, and CBH Ltd. Mr. Gibbs holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources degree and a Master of Project Management degree from Curtin University in Western Australia.

Robert Dorfler

Vice President and General Manager, Langeloth Metallurgical Facility

Mr. Dorfler has been the manager at Langeloth Metallurgical Company for 20 years and is currently Vice President and General Manager, Langeloth Metallurgical Facility. Prior to that Mr. Dorfler performed various engineering and manager assignments for mining, petroleum and engineering companies. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, he has spent his entire career in the mining industry as a mining engineer and general manager. Mr. Dorfler has authored or co-authored several technical papers related to molybdenum processing.

John Hollow

Vice President Technical Services

Mr. Hollow joined the Company in 2012 as Vice President and General Manager of the Endako Mine. Since December 2013, Mr. Hollow has been responsible and provided technical leadership for the Mt. Milligan mill operations, ramp up, and optimization of mine-to-mill operations. Effective May 26, 2014, John assumed the role of Vice President Technical Services for the Company. He has more than 20 years of milling and mineral processing experience. Prior to joining Thompson Creek, Mr. Hollow was Vice President, Concentrating Division for PT Freeport Indonesia, a subsidiary of Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold. Prior to joining Freeport, John held mill management positions at Coeur Alaska, Inc., a subsidiary of Coeur D'Alene Mines, Fairbanks Gold Mining, Inc., a subsidiary of Kinross Gold, Inc., Lassen Gold Mining, Inc., a subsidiary of Amax Gold Inc., Wind Mountain Mining, Inc., and Nevada Gold Mining, Inc.. Mr. Hollow received a Ph.D. from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in Mineral Processing Engineering, and a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Mineral Processing Engineering from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology.

Greg Hurless

General Manager, Thompson Creek Mine

Mr. Hurless joined the Thompson Creek Mine operation prior to the start of production in 1983. He has been the Mill Manager at the Thompson Creek mine since 1989 and has more than 40 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Hurless spent 10 years with the former Cyprus Minerals Company at the Thompson Creek Mine. Prior to his experience with Cyprus, Mr. Hurless worked in a variety of management and supervisory positions in the milling department. Previous employers include Noranda Mining, Oxidental Petroleum and Earth Resources Company. Mr. Hurless is a native of Idaho and Custer County.
