| Mark Wilson Position: Vice President, Sales and Marketing Mr. Wilson joined Thompson Creek Metals Company in 2005 and currently is Vice President, Sales and Marketing for the Corporation. Having worked for more than 20 years in the mining industry, Mr. Wilson has extensive experience in marketing, business development and finance. Prior to joining Thompson Creek, he consulted for Climax Molybdenum Company on new product development (2001-2002) and served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Goldbelt Resources Ltd., a Canadian public company focused on mineral exploration in Kazakhstan (1996-1999). From 1981 to 1996, he was employed by Cyprus Amax Minerals Company in increasingly responsible roles including Vice President of Business Development and Manager of Molybdenum Marketing. Mr. Wilson holds a B.S. in Geology and Geophysics from Yale University and a M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. |
